Christmas Season Holiday Hours

Ingredient Techniques will be open right through the Christmas and New Year period, with the exception of the statutory holidays.

Christmas & Boxing Day's statutory holidays are observed on the Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th of December 2006 and the two New Years Days are observed on Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd of January 2007.

Please note that during the three days between the statutory holidays (27th Wednesday, 28th Thursday and 29th Friday), office hours will be reduced : 9am to 12 noon.

Our warehouse will also be able to make deliveries, although South Island customers may experience delivery delays between the Christmas and New Year period, and all customers should allow an extra day’s lead time if they are placing orders during that time.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank our customers for their support and custom over the past year. Ingredient Techniques NZ Ltd is four years old, and this would not have been possible without their help.
