Effective from the 2nd April 2007, we are introducing updated Terms of Trade (html format) which can also be found with our Purchasing Account Application (pdf format).

The biggest change is that they now include references to the Personal Properties Securities Register, which will allow us more flexibility in continuing to supply those very few customers who may, at some point in the future, experience unexpected circumstances.

Therefore, new customers opening accounts with us after this date will be subject to these, and we encourage existing customers to migrate progressively.

Once again, we would like to thank our customers for their continued business with us. We do appreciate it and we look forward to a long and fruitful ongoing relationship.
