CharOil Hickory
Products in the CharOil family provide light, mellow smoke taste in an oil-based form. These unique flavours provide formulators the opportunity to add rich smoke taste into high-fat and/or oil systems such as dressings, doughs, and meat emulsions. In addition, CharOil flavours can be plated onto dry ingredients and incorporated into seasoning formulations to impart a more mellow smoke effect than is obtained with a dry smoke flavour.
