CAPOL® is our trade mark for glazing and anti-sticking agents for the surface treatment of all kinds of confectionery, including sugar-free.
CAPOL® products are characterized by their high gloss and good stability, being economical in use and easy to apply. They are neutral in taste and subject to the continuous stringent checks of our quality assurance system. Our products conform with national and international food regulations and, if requested, can be supplied with a Kosher and/or Halal certificate.
CAPOL® 4648 and Capol® 254 N - Are water-based glazing agents to glaze chocolate coated centres and centres coated with compounded chocolate.
CAPOL® 425 M - A sealant for all dragees coated with CAPOL® glazing agents to enhance the gloss, achieving a stable gloss at higher temperatures and relatively high humidity rates.
CAPOL® is applied in coating
and polishing pans of conventional design or by coating
machines.
The product is added manually or by a spraying system.
CUSTOMIZED: In addition to our standard range, we
also supply coating raw materials that can be modified
according to our clients' requirements.
