Sugar dragees / vermicelli / nonpareils

CAPOLŽ is our trade mark for glazing and separating agents for surface treatment of all kinds of confectionery - also sugar-free - such as hard- and soft-panned products, as well as special confectionery lines such as jelly beans, jelly eggs, nonpareils and vermicelli.

CAPOLŽ products are characterized by their high gloss and good stability being economical in use and are easy to apply. They are neutral in taste and subject to the continuous stringent checks of our quality assurance system. CAPOLŽ glazing agents conform with national and international food regulations and, if requested, can be supplied with a Kosher and/or Halal certificate.

CAPOLŽ 600 - Alcoholic wax dispersion to glaze all kinds of hard-panned products - also sugar-free. The gloss is characterized by a high brilliance and stability, and the polishing times are usually very short.

CAPOLŽ Powder Waxes - A mixture of finely powdered natural waxes used as an alternative to liquid CAPOLŽ 600 to glaze hard-panned products.

CAPOLŽ 4820 - A water-based glazing agent for hard and soft-panned products. It is applied in combination with CAPOLŽ 425 M.

CAPOLŽ 5015 V - A pasty dispersion of natural wax to glaze hard and soft-panned products used especially when solvent emissions are limited.

CAPOLŽ 425 M - A sealant for all dragees coated with CAPOLŽ glazing agents to enhance the gloss, achieve glazing stability at higher temperatures and relatively high humidity rates.

CAPOLŽ is applied in coating and polishing pans of conventional design or by coating machines.

The product is added manually, by means of a dosing pump or spraying system.
